Regulation on the Personal Data Processing Policy

1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter, the Policy) at Platio Payment Technologies Limited Liability Company (hereinafter, the Operator) defines the procedure for the processing of personal data.

2. The Policy has been developed in pursuance of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 7 May 2021 No. 99-З “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.

3. For the purposes of this Policy, terms and definitions are used in the meanings defined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

4. The Policy applies to all processes of processing the personal data that the Operator receives about personal data subjects.

5. The current version of the Policy is published on the Operator’s website: https://market.platio.by/.

6. Personal data is processed by the Operator for the purposes of:

• carrying out the activities of a payment service provider;
• performing contractual obligations;
• processing data within the framework of employment relations;
• processing candidates’ résumés;
• maintaining accounting and tax records;
• considering requests;
• complying with the requirements of legislation;
• other purposes provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Personal data is processed with the consent of the personal data subject, except in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

8. Personal data subjects include:

• service users;
• clients;
• employees;
• job candidates;
• other persons whose data is processed by the Operator.

9. The scope of data is determined by the purposes of processing.

10. The personal data processed may include:

• full name;
• date of birth;
• passport details;
• identification number;
• residential address;
• citizenship;
• contact details (phone, email);
• information on employment and education;
• payment details;
• IP address, cookies, history of actions on the website;
• other data necessary for the provision of services.

11. Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automated means.

12. Processing may be carried out by the Operator or by an authorised person on the basis of a contract.

13. Authorised persons are obliged to comply with confidentiality and security requirements.

14. Sources of data:

• the personal data subject;
• open sources;
• partners and counterparties.

15. The Operator ensures the protection of personal data.

16. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, the data is subject to deletion or blocking.

17. The subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent to processing;
• obtain information about the processing of data;
• demand the correction of data;
• obtain information about the transfer of data to third parties;
• demand the deletion of data;
• appeal against the Operator’s actions.

18. To exercise the rights, the subject submits an application to the Operator.

19. The Operator undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties without the subject’s consent, unless otherwise provided for by legislation.

20. Matters not regulated by this Policy are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
